Shipping policy
Degrees of Care Shipping Policy:
1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.
3. Free Shipping Promotions
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. Eligibility will be clearly stated on the promotion page or at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Degrees of Care is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier first. Then, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@degreesofcare.com so we can assist.
6. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately to request a correction.
