Refund policy
Degrees of Care Return & Refund Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags still attached).
- Embroidered, personalized, or custom items (such as Milestone Sleeves) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at support@degreesofcare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is not approved (e.g., shows signs of wear), we may ship it back to you.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost.
